Ogone e-Commerce is a secure payment system, designed and managed by Abssys Consulting, which is certified and approved by the main acquirers. The information relating to the transaction is sent to the financial institution responsible for payments via the security protocol set and certified by that financial institution. In other words, we never store credit card numbers so you will have to enter them again for each new order.

You must know we use a Secure Commerce Server (SSL) and that means nobody else but us will be able to read your order information. Consequently, do not be afraid to transmit your credit card number via the Internet as it will be safer to pay under this system than at any actual sales point !

Note : when you place your order, your credit card (amount and validity) is checked so that the total amount of your purchase can be reserved. However, payment is not effected until your order is actually shipped.

We also offer to our Belgian and Dutch customers the possibility to pay their orders by bank transfer. All the necessary informations (Account N°, amount, communication) will be given in the order confirmation e-mail if you choose this payment method. Please note the shipping delays indicated on the website will only be valid from the payment reception day and not from the order date.

Belgian customers that are registered with CBC/KBC Online, Dexia NetBanking or ING Home'Pay can also effect payment directly via their usual interface. In this case (unlike with credit cards) the total amount of your order is deducted immediately from your account.
