Socrates Fortlow is released, and moves to Los Angeles to find a job. Unwillingly he causes a lot of disturbance in the neighborhood he moves into. Yet at the same time, he's a blessing to some of his fellow neighbours, like when he tries to keep a young neighborhood boy out of trouble with some gangs.
